Aperture, in the realm of photography, represents elements in cameras or lens which adjusts the amount of light passing through the lens before reaching the film or image sensor. It also refers to one of the variables affecting the exposure values.
Even at the end of consciousness, we might still fail to realize how much darkness we have withstood before creating colours, and how fortunate we could have chance to acknowledge any brightness in life. And perhaps we will already have forgotten most of the happenings, whilst the remaining ones are called “memory”. Squeezing time from daily hectic routine, I wish the existence of this site could humbly collect the lights and shadows throughout my life, recalling the memories, and reckons the souls within.
